do is based on a simple idea: By grooving your body each day, you can improve your overall health and reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and other illnesses.
That’s it. do really is that easy. For you, it could mean taking a 30 minute walk each day or opting for the stairs instead of the elevator at work. You might choose to dance in your kitchen or mow your lawn. No matter how you get it done, do just wants you to be more active where you live, work, and play.
The do physical activity campaign was developed by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and the American Heart Association. The purpose is to encourage all Minnesotans to make healthier choices and increase their physical activity throughout the day.
